If up to now the only way you have been offering your service/product was through physical means, you have to think again.
The world and how we interact is changing quickly and we will have to learn to adapt to those changes otherwise, risk being irrelevant.
The pace at which technology is imposing itself in our lives is growing exponentially. You can resist the change and be left behind or you can choose to embrace it and be informed about the changing trends.
Marketers are faced with a challenge of creating content that engages an online viewer before they decide to click something more interesting and engaging.
Governments have to rethink how they offer services to the public because COVID – 19 has forced us to reset and ask ourselves why did we not see this coming?
Like anything in this world, some are more prepared than others. Some companies are ready to service clients online with minimal disruptions but others are not.
Same with churches, others are ready to offer their services online because they had already started and others are grappling with the idea of not having a service that is charged up with live praise and worship. It doesn’t matter where you find yourself, reality is that you have to continue with your mandate in the condition imposed by the COVID – 19 pandemic.
This reminds me of the article I wrote back in 2016 title “The church and social media -to follow or not to follow” check it out.
In every sphere of life, leaders are those who keep up-breast with the changing environment in which they operate. When I was growing up, there weren’t many people who had cellphones, now almost everyone has one. The environment is changing.
This is a time where each one has to think how to respond to the changes and how to remain relevant in the era of COVID – 19.
May you remain relevant.
Cheers.
